Gill Gawthrop, the company founder and President, grew up in Philadelphia and in 1989 moved to Maryland to attend UMBC. Gill is highly involved in the community as a member of the Rotary International, a volunteer youth minister at his church, day school president of the board and a member of the Howard County Chamber of Commerce. He is hands on and oversees all company projects.
